Returns & Refunds Policy

At Varii Technologies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a clear and fair Returns and Refunds Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
The item is not a non-returnable product (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used personal care items (e.g., earphones, earbuds) for hygiene reasons.
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
Digital goods or downloadables.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original method of payment.
Refunds exclude original shipping charges (unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@varii.co.za within 48 hours of receiving the product.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a fault or incorrect item sent, Varii will cover return shipping.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Damaged or Faulty Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately at support@varii.co.za with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Email us at support@varii.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
